Our Curriculum
At Mill Hill Primary School, we follow the National Curriculum, providing a broad, balanced, and engaging education that meets the needs of all our pupils. Our curriculum is carefully designed to inspire curiosity, develop key skills, and foster a lifelong love of learning.
To enrich the learning experience, we regularly welcome visitors into school and organise educational visits that bring classroom topics to life, broaden pupils’ understanding, and connect learning to the wider world.
Please see the seperate tabs for more information on each subject and what your child will be learning throughout the year.
Overview
The national curriculum is a set of subjects and standards used by primary and secondary schools so children learn the same things. It covers what subjects are taught and the standards children should reach in each subject.
